Pursuing a Woosh

I started on plan one month ago tomorrow, Feb 5th. I have pretty much been at a stand still for 2 weeks. UGH I hate getting "stuck". I am not working out at the moment. I was but had to take a break because my foot has been giving me so much trouble. I went in to see the doctor and he doesn't think its anything. I worked through it the first couple of weeks on the treadmill but it became unbearable, not to mention my knee and my hip started hurting. I am going to go this weekend to get some new shoes and inserts if everything works out in my favor.......we'll see. On a good note, my blood pressure has dropped. My blood pressure was on the borderline of high. When I went in it was 118/84. The bottom number may be off but its close.

I posted my Low Carb French Vanilla Cappuccino Recipe here. I will just keep adding to that post as I come up with stuff. Weather it be mine or a good one that I find. The cappuccino is sweeter than the ones I have had from the normal coffee shops, but I prefer it that way. I have an abnormal hate for "black" coffee. I don't know why, but I cannot stand it. So for now this will get me through. I really missed my cappuccinos in the winter. Especially on REALLY cold days.

I am now in search of a kick ass low carb pizza recipe. I have a couple in mind that I want to try, although, I may have to alter a normal recipe. I finally found Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour. Granted, I have to drive 50 miles to get it, but at least there are other places there that I can get better deals on than around home. There is next to nothing for low carb in the local store which is extremely frustrating. I plan to make a list of places to shop and a list of things that I find to be essential.
